At 4:03am on August 14, 2009, john allsop said…: ART see if this helps, on your page there is a column on the left , it says photos 2, click on the word photos, your photos will come up and near the top is a yellow cross and the words add photos click on it and you should be ok, if there are problems with the next step i,ll explain further. To find a member click on MEMBERS at the top next to "my page" (which will be your page) click on this,MEMBERS will come up, there is a long white box at the top type the members name in it then click on the circle at the right side of the box, it may only be one name they are using, and up will come is all the members with that name if there happens to be more than one with the same name (i don,t know if this is possible) then you might not know which is which. Someone called Helen sent a message she had put a reply on my page but when i looked there was no message. This is a bit like "face book" take care what you say if thats the right term. Some ask you to be their friend but you can ignore it. JOHN

At 3:24am on July 31, 2009, john allsop said…: ART, once again i have been looking at Klepper metal parts, by now you must be fed up with this, on www.automarine.ca there is a list of metal parts with prices and drawings, as this is the Canadian klepper dealer they will be in Can dollars, Get onto their klepper list and then onto accessories. at the bottom is metal parts, click on this and up comes the page that can be copied. End of subject, i think. I am now going to try the Pacific Action sail mounted on a special mount that is off set to one side so it can be lowered without covering the front seat. (after i have painted the living room)

At 8:37pm on July 25, 2009, john allsop said…: ART, I have just been looking at www,klepper.de which is the German site, there,s a lot more there, if you look at it click on outdoor shop then kundenwelt then eratzteile and if all works well you should be able to scroll up to the klepper parts and you can print them, it takes three pages, the part numbers are the same but the words are of course in German, you should then be able to match the numbers with www.klepperusa.com who show the parts list but no pictures.It,s pouring with rain so i am inside, yesterday i did a decent walk through the bush and didn,t come across any bears.

Your out riggers will be of interest, you must have seen the ones i have by "spring creek' and "sail boats to go" also the folbot ones which work but they can,t be raised so they clear the water and i think are poor design but they are made to a price, I should submit a report on the Klepper "freewind "sail, i thought i had but that was on the Klepper America web site which dosn,t have many members.

Your trip sounds interesting i will look forward to see how it goes, i have found a klepper owner in Thunder Bay (400km away) but owing to the wifes medical problems getting away for a few days isn,t possible at the present.By the way do you look at www.foldingkayaks.org, i am a member JOHN
