Just a comment:
First off I love the albums feature on Playak.

Is there a way to attach/upload a GPX file of your trip to the albums?

It would be great to have a Map in the album itself that shows your track where the pictures have been taken. I see that it is possible to attach a mapview on each individual picture. That's a handy feature.

All my new gear and the squirt boat are here now and we have open water as well. this should make a good combination to learn squirting. I have some pool time available (and warm) which is also good. Cheers, Greg

Hi there Jeroen!
I´ve been trying to log onto playak.com. It´s just not working out. I admit that I´m not the best man with computers but............this shouldn´t be a problem.

Do I need a new identity there (username & password) ?

cheers

Hey J
Good idea, I think this will make finding paddling contacts a little easier. Then we can carpool more and use less petro. Plus its worldwide baby!

I have been meeting many of these folks and handing out the Playak address every chance I get. The hat is getting some compliments which is grreat. It was warm enough to wear it for a few days last week cheers. My squirt boat should arrive around first of April. Cheers Greg

Ah, ha! Øivind is after me! :)

His articles and trip reports will be good! He happens to stay a few kilometres from possibly the most beautiful river I have ever paddled:

Flags for regional groups

If you want to create a regional group and need a nice graphic for it, have a look at http://www.flags.net . It has all national flags, but also what they call sub-national flags for states etc. Looks quite complete...
